Perris Valley Filipino-American Association, Inc. or PVFAA, is a nonprofit organization located in the Inland Empire. PVFAA was started in July 1997 ( co-founded by its two-time chairman, Mr. Eddie Init and by Mr. Billy Culpa) with a a small group of Filipino-American families in the City of Perris, CA whose main purpose then was to establish camaraderie and kinship among its members. It is the association's goal to engage and develop the Filipino-American youth by their involvement in various civic and community service activities primarily to develop their leadership potential and skills and values formation.

In April 2008, PVFAA was officially recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax-exempt non-profit public charity organization.  With the due diligence and leadership of its members, PVFAA is recognized by the community as one of the established and respected organizations within the Inland Empire. Currently, PVFAA's membership and support has expanded to include all of the Inland Empire area, even reaching as far as Los Angeles and San Diego. PVFAA holds a variety of social events throughout the year including annual events such as Sportsfest and Christmas Celebration.

In September of 2017, PVFAA opened the Filipino American Asian American Mental Health Resource Center (Formerly known as the Filipino American Health Resource Center) to address the mental health needs of the community.

In 2022, in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, PVFAA has partnered up with local organization, Asian Pacific Counseling and Treatment Center (APCTC) to establish a COVID-19 Awareness Program to support the community through the pandemic.

The association provides an environment of family and friendship that exhibits hospitality and the bayanihan spirit or the virtue of helping one another.  It is committed to promoting stronger community ties and partnerships  with community organizations, churches, and local government units to uplift  the lives and socio-cultural conditions of the less fortunate residents in our communities.

Ultimately, PVFAA will liaise with other Asian-American groups and will serve as a conduit of all the private and governmental resources in the community aimed at fostering the general  well-being of the Asian-American population.
