Our Community Programs
COVID-19 Awareness Program
Through our Covid-19 Awareness Program, our Community Health Workers provide outreach, education, and health navigation services to Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities most impacted by COVID-19. We conduct in-person, virtual, and social media outreach, facilitate community workshops, and provide essential resources like masks, sanitizers, and wipes.
Stop The Hate Program
The Stop the Hate Program provides support services for victims and survivors of hate incidents and crimes, including their families. Through prevention measures and community initiatives, the program fosters inclusion and safety, especially for individuals historically vulnerable due to their racial, ethnic, religious, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other identities.
